Return right:
Buy over the internet is what is called distance. Here you have, in contrast to an ordinary purchase in a store right to cancel the purchase for up to 14 days after you received the goods.
The product returned within 14 days, along with the attached invoice and desired account number money to be returned to.

You can contact us for a faster processing time before sending the product back. And any return shipping is the buyer's own expense.

It requires that any seals are not broken and that the product is in the same condition as when we sent it. Return the purchased item in good shipping container for at least the same standard as the one you received them and attach the order number from your invoice. Restsalg goods may NOT retuneres.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution through www.forbrug.dk.
